The KV 90 & KV 200 are purpose built large capacity multi purpose dry vacuum cleaners/extractors for collection of coarse lightweight debris such as wood & plastic chips, granules, paper, cardboard and fabric off cuts.

These models can be used in three different ways: As a wood chippings and shavings extractor when connected by the see through 100mm hose to outlet manifold on woodworking machines (saws, planes, routers etc.). As a dry vacuum cleaner for large debris using the 100 mm see through hose and 100mm Gulper tools. As a high capacity dry vacuum cleaner using a 38mm hose and tool kit.

A high degree of filtration is achieved using our special non cling permaflow filter and high efficiency pleated cartridge filter. Each motor is equipped with its own cartridge filter for maximum efficiency and airflow.

This range of industrial vacuum cleaners is suitable for picking up hazardous dust and debris in gas zone 1 & dust zone 21.  All models are supplied on a stainless steel caddy with braked castors and conductive wheels where applicable and all models are fully earth bonded and have an anti-static (conductive) vacuum and air supply hose.  Every vacuum cleaner is individually tested and provided with its own test certificate for earth path continuity.  All units are supplied with a complete conductive accessory kit.

The Kerstar Max and Kerstar Max CD vacuum cleaners are fully injection moulded and are equipped with a detachable cover to reveal a handy onboard tool storage facility to locate the accessories when not in use.
Both models are equipped with Kerstar’s own multistage Direct Airflow motor, double filtration, a full 32mm accessory kit and 10 meter cable with moulded on plug. The Kerstar Max CD has the extra advantage of a manually operated cable rewind system.
Due to their light weight and compact design both of these machines are suitable both for domestic use and the heaviest industrial use also..
